What Readers Are Saying

"I love Rebecca because I can see much of myself in her. I think the two of us are kindred spirits - I need to meet her."
- Anna L.

"I'll go with Peter [for 'favorite character']. Why? Because he's a random, cool dude and random cool dudes are epic."
- Jonathan F.

"I really liked both main characters . . . [but] my favorite would be Rebecca. I just love her quirkiness. Such a fun and different personality than I see in most books. I liked how she was able to be herself, like in the scene on the swings - she could just let go and have fun but at the same time was a deep thinker. It was great to see how Peter who was a little more reserved responded to her and enjoy this unique girl."
- Leslea W.

"Favorite character?  Oh gosh . . . it's such a close call between Peter and Rebecca. Peter, he's the gentleman that everyone loves.  He is kind, caring, strong, not afraid to open up when he's hurting . . . he's funny and has good manners, and that makes him simply epic.  Rebecca is so sweet.  She's the ball of energy in a room (though not as crazy as Adri ;) ) and isn't afraid to be different. She's quiet, but not so quiet that she's never heard. Her way of thinking and writing, it's so pure and simple and beautiful. Not to mention the awesome poetry, and her deep connection with her faith. How much more beautiful of a character can you have than one who has such an intimate connection to God and the Holy Spirit?

All that being said, the two of them are best when they're together. (#teampeterandrebecca)"
